A Little About Jessica

Jessica St. John joined AICM – Michigan in March 2023 and quickly became a key member of the organization’s leadership team. As Associate Director of Case Management, she brings a strong background in social work, operational leadership, and complex care coordination to the management of catastrophic injury cases.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Spring Arbor University and has built more than a decade of experience working with individuals facing complex medical, behavioral health, and life-altering circumstances. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), she brings valuable insight into the psychological and emotional challenges that often accompany serious injury and long recovery processes.

Throughout her career, Jessica has worked extensively with individuals navigating auto-related injuries, behavioral health needs, and workers’ compensation cases, developing a deep understanding of the medical, legal, and insurance systems that influence recovery. Her ability to navigate these complex environments allows her to help clients and their families move forward with confidence and clarity following traumatic events.

At AICM – Michigan, Jessica works closely with physicians, therapists, attorneys, and families to ensure that care plans are coordinated, appropriate, and responsive to each client’s evolving needs. She is widely respected for her thoughtful communication, strong advocacy, and ability to guide clients through the complexities of recovery after catastrophic injury.

Beyond her technical expertise, Jessica is known for her exceptional interpersonal skills. She approaches each case with a genuine desire to understand the unique circumstances and needs of her clients, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the recovery process.

Outside of her professional work, Jessica enjoys exploring Michigan’s hidden gems, spending time near the water, playing pickleball, and traveling. She also enjoys relaxing at the lake and spending time with her dog, Frankie.
