She has held leadership roles including Director of Nursing for home care agencies, overseeing clinical teams and ensuring high standards of patient care for medically complex individuals receiving services in the home. Her experience managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating healthcare systems gives her a practical understanding of how to translate medical recommendations into real-world care plans.
