Jennifer Kosh is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist who brings a unique clinical perspective to the field of catastrophic injury case management. With extensive experience in cognitive-communication disorders and neurological rehabilitation, she has built a career focused on helping individuals with complex medical needs navigate recovery with clarity, coordination, and strong clinical advocacy.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Audiology and Speech Science from Michigan State University and her Master of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Central Missouri State University. Her clinical background in rehabilitation established a strong foundation in functional assessment, interdisciplinary care planning, and evidence-based treatment—skills that translate directly into the strategic coordination required in complex case management.
At AICM – Michigan, Jennifer serves as Associate Director of Case Management, where she helps guide the clinical and operational standards that define the organization’s work. She collaborates closely with physicians, therapists, attorneys, insurers, and rehabilitation teams to ensure that care plans are medically sound, well-coordinated, and focused on long-term outcomes for individuals recovering from catastrophic injuries.
Jennifer’s specialized training in brain injury rehabilitation allows her to bring meaningful insight to cases involving traumatic brain injury and other neurologically complex conditions. Her ability to interpret medical information, anticipate barriers to recovery, and translate clinical realities into practical care strategies has made her a trusted resource for both patients and professional partners.
Through her leadership role at AICM – Michigan, Jennifer continues to advance the organization’s mission of delivering thoughtful, clinically grounded case management for individuals navigating life after serious injury.
Jennifer loves being with her family and pet dogs. She enjoys fitness and yoga classes, running, and spends most of the summer either up north or watching her son play travel baseball. She loves to travel and hopes to someday own a countryside home in Abruzzo, Italy.
