Complex Cases Need Experienced Case Managers.

AICM - Michigan Case Managers coordinate care for individuals living with serious and catastrophic injuries following motor vehicle crashes.

AICM - Michigan coordinates care. We do not provide treatment. That independence matters. Your recommendations should be driven by the client's needs—not by pressure to feed services into an affiliated provider.
  • Manage a caseload of individuals with complex injuries following motor vehicle crashes.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized Case Management plans.
  • Coordinate medical, rehabilitation and community-based services across the continuum of care.
  • Advocate for the individual's needs, choices, rights and long-term goals.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, providers, attorneys and insurers.
  • Track progress and maintain clear, accurate and defensible professional documentation.
  • Use your experience and clinical judgment to solve complicated problems rather than simply process tasks.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You Should Already Know What Good Case Management Looks Like.

  • Licensed or credentialed healthcare or rehabilitation professional.
  • Prior professional Case Management experience is required.
  • Michigan Auto No-Fault experience is mandatory.
  • Strong assessment, communication, coordination and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound professional judgments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, providers, attorneys and insurers.
  • Professional integrity and genuine respect for the people whose care you coordinate.
