AICM – Michigan is an independent Michigan Auto No-Fault case management company serving individuals who have been seriously injured in Motor Vehicle Crashes (MVCs). Our experienced Case Managers coordinate with physicians, therapists, rehabilitation providers, insurers, attorneys, and other members of the treatment team. Whether a client is recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, orthopedic injury, or other complex condition, our focus is on identifying barriers, coordinating appropriate services, and helping move the recovery process forward.
Case management is not simply about scheduling appointments. At AICM – Michigan, we take a coordinated, client-centered approach that begins with understanding the individual’s injuries, medical needs, rehabilitation goals, insurance coverage, and barriers to recovery.
Our Case Managers communicate with physicians, therapists, rehabilitation providers, insurers, attorneys, and families to help keep everyone informed and the plan of care moving forward. We monitor progress, identify outstanding recommendations, coordinate needed services, and address problems before they become greater barriers to recovery.
Most importantly, AICM – Michigan remains independent. Our responsibility is to provide professional case management focused on the needs of the injured individual while maintaining appropriate communication with everyone involved in the case.

Serious injuries can affect nearly every part of a person’s life. Medical appointments and rehabilitation may be only the beginning. AICM – Michigan’s roots date back to 2005, when TRIAD Case Management was founded by Maureen McCall, Michael Malecki, and a third partner. The organization was established to provide professional case management and advocacy for individuals navigating serious injuries and complex rehabilitation needs.
As Michael’s career moved into hospital management and healthcare administration, Maureen continued to lead and grow the case management practice. Over time, TRIAD was reorganized and became McCall Case Management, reflecting Maureen’s leadership and the reputation she had built within Michigan’s rehabilitation community.
Maureen was more than an experienced Case Manager. She was a determined advocate who understood that individuals with serious injuries often need someone willing to ask questions, solve problems, coordinate resources, and keep their needs at the center of the process. Her clinical knowledge, persistence, and commitment to the people she served helped establish the professional values that remain part of AICM – Michigan today. Maureen's influence continues through the organization's commitment to independent case management, strong advocacy, and experienced professionals working together on behalf of injured individuals and their families.
By 2014, McCall Case Management had become so successful that Maureen found herself managing a growing practice and an increasingly demanding caseload. Recognizing that the organization needed additional leadership and infrastructure to continue growing, Maureen approached Michael about assuming ownership of the company. Michael accepted, returning to the case management organization he had helped establish nearly a decade earlier. He assumed responsibility for the company's operational and strategic leadership while building the systems, team, and infrastructure necessary for its next stage of growth. From that transition, AICM – Michigan evolved into the organization it is today—an independent Michigan Auto No-Fault case management company built on the foundation Maureen helped establish and strengthened by a growing team of experienced healthcare and rehabilitation professionals.

AICM – Michigan is led by Michael Malecki, RN, FF/EMT, President and CEO, whose healthcare career spans emergency medicine, critical care, hospital administration, patient care leadership, and home healthcare. His combination of clinical and operational experience guides AICM – Michigan’s approach to complex case management and the development of a team built around experienced healthcare and rehabilitation professionals.
Supporting that leadership are Jennifer Kosh, M.S. CCC-SLP, CBIS, and Jessica St. John, BSW, QMHP, CBIS, Associate Directors of Case Management. Together, AICM – Michigan’s leadership combines clinical experience, rehabilitation expertise, operational leadership, and hands-on case management experience to support our Case Managers and the individuals they serve.
One of AICM – Michigan’s greatest strengths is the diversity of professional experience within our team. Our Case Managers bring backgrounds in nursing, speech-language pathology, social work, brain injury rehabilitation, behavioral health, healthcare administration, home care, and complex medical care coordination.
This multidisciplinary experience is especially valuable when working with individuals who have sustained Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and other serious injuries following Motor Vehicle Crashes (MVCs).
