As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking experienced part-time and full-time Case Managers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals recovering from catastrophic motor vehicle injuries.
This is a dynamic, flexible role with opportunities to work in the areas of catastrophic injury, mental health, and substance use disorders. As a Case Manager with AICM-Michigan, you’ll coordinate and advocate for comprehensive care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs—bringing together physicians, therapists, attorneys, insurers, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Paid Case Management Certification (CCM)
As an AICM-Michigan Case Manager, you will:
Serve as a key advocate and care coordinator for your clients
Evaluate client needs and develop personalized care plans
Establish client-centered goals and monitor progress
Schedule and attend key medical appointments
Coordinate therapies, home care providers, behavioral health, DME, and transportation
Maintain detailed documentation and submit monthly progress reports
We’re seeking candidates who are:
Licensed drivers with reliable transportation
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile tools
Independent, proactive, and adaptable
Strong communicators with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Experienced in areas such as case management, home care, discharge planning, TBI, SCI, ICU/ER, or rehab
Knowledgeable about Michigan Auto No-Fault law (preferred)
Passionate about building long-term, trust-based client relationships
